Our design team takes a brief from sketch to spec, making materials, hardware, and finish decisions with manufacturing in mind from day one, so what gets approved is what a factory can actually build.

Sourcing & sampling

A vetted factory network across apparel, hardgoods, ceramics, packaging, and electronics accessories. Our sourcing team runs sample rounds and vets new factories before a client's name is ever attached to a purchase order.

03 · LZ-MFG

Manufacturing & plating

Production management on the ground with our sourcing & manufacturing team in China, including metal plating, print, and finish work most agencies subcontract out sight unseen.

Tooling

Custom molds and dies built and owned by the program, not shared across a factory's other clients, for parts that don't exist as stock items.

Quality & compliance

RSL compliant, and inspected before it ships, not after it lands. Our team runs quality checks at the factory, before a program's fixed date becomes a problem.

Fulfillment & logistics

Kitting, numbered and limited-run packaging, and delivery timed to the moment a program needs to land, out of our distribution & finishing facility in Florida.
